RECONSIDERING
From 3.1 to 3.2: The page is dedicated to the development after the completion of 3.1. Before proceeding to 3.2 it was important to reconsider certain aspect of the design and most importantly to bring back some key connections that led my work at first. From creating 'the city centre of Stretford' to reallocating different spaces, all that is about to be revealed...
Exploration 1
Option one keeps all spaces only inside the back of Essoldo cinema, but it suggests modifications in the programme so that it achieves to integrate an 'internal street' with rather open-style layout. Thus the link from Stretford Public Hall towards the canal is going to be stronger.

Option two suggest the reuse of the front of Essoldo cinema which tends to be more symbolic for Stretford. By doing so, my proposal will have a stronger connection with it and since part of the design is dedicated for the Film industry, the reprogramming is really suitable. The initial size will be reduced due to those alteration, but by also having in mind the integration of the 'internal street'

BUILDING CONCEPT:
The main aim is to achieve stronger relationship between the most important places in Stretford such as the Stretford Public Hall, Essoldo and the canal. The design should be the key for that as well as for shaping the community's city centre and creative leisure space

PLAN OF ACTION:

1- find a way to bring back the connection betweet Stretford Public Hall, Essoldo and the canal
2- specify with one name the concept? /Creative Hub or other??/
3- engagement with people that are only visitor, not users
4- reprogramming spaces /public-private or serve-servant or F.S-P.H./
5- design the outdoor spaces- bring back the seats next to the canal in order to give the people purpose to go there/seats for reading?/
6- try to keep the north point always facing up !
