Material 1
Oko cladding-will provide more refined look for Essoldo plus it will make the front and back of Essoldo to become as one

Material 4
Brick-since Essoldo is listed building, the existing brick work will be saved, but visitors and users. Its history can be appreciated from inside of the old cinema by adding a little more detail to the rather modern approach of materiality

Board framed concrete- it is smooth transition from the concrete cladding as well as to the timber cladding. Concrete seems to be the most appropriate primary structure due to the size and programme of the building
​

Laminated glass-it has great qualities that can not only protect some parts of the building from over heating, but also it will benefit the sound distribution- especially for the performing space, where not a small part is exposed to more public spaces
